Tips on How to Store and Meat Processing


Is there any meat-based dishes that you like? Steak, soup or Teriyaki? Meat can be processed into a wide range of tempting dishes. But, do you pay attention to cleanliness of storage and time to process them? You can try the tips below so that your meat consumption is not only delicious but also healthy.

1. A place to buy meat
When you buy them in the traditional markets, consider the cleanliness of the shop. Choose meat that was displayed in a special los meat and clean place. Usually, the meat sold here comes from slaughterhouses officially supervised.

2. Put in a sealed container
After got home, immediately put the meat into the refrigerator in a covered container. Keep the cooler temperatures of 0 to 5 degrees celsius. When processing, unused meat or processed meat you want to keep should be immediately returned to the refrigerator in a covered container.
