How to Make People No Longer Have Trouble Remembering Things
In the past, forget tend to only experienced by elderly people who experience memory loss due to degenerative processes of health. But, in fact, today impaired memory function is more often found in people who are still quite young.
Forget can have a negative impact for you. Your activity and socializing with others become inhibited. Here are some tips you can try so that you no longer have trouble remembering things.
1. Apply a healthy lifestyle.
Lack of sleep, stress, tired, a little activity and alcohol consumption are the main enemy of memory, therefore the intellectual stimulus is the key to improving memory. Reading, doing puzzles, plan a trip, doing hobbies or learn new skills such as computer and foreign language will help invigorate and sharpen your memory.
2. Interact with others.
Social touch with friends and family can also help a person avoid forgetting. Research shows even more of a person's social interaction, the less they were damaged cognitive function and memory impairment.
3. Memory enhancing foods.
Raw carrots and fresh fruit are foods that contain the nutritional elements that stimulate brain function, including memory. Natural sugar contained in fruits may help us think and recall information more quickly.
4. Regular exercise.
Swim, walk and bike to pump oxygen into the muscles and increases blood flow to the brain so the brain functions including memory work properly.
5. Create a guide system memory.
Because of age, the more information we receive, the more likely we are to be forgotten. To remind yourself of important things, Prepare notes and immediately wrote everything important, including the date, something that needs to be done, before you forget it. Listen carefully and take a small notes on important information to help you remember.
6. Active life.
Physical activity helps improve blood flow. Whatever activity you choose, even if only running will definitely help strengthen you.
7. Adequate rest.
When the body is resting, you're also providing the opportunity for the brain to perform relaxation.
8. Put your stuff in a strategic place.
Put back items are taken in their place. Keep these items in place that you always see, or something close to that every day you take it. For example, place the phone on the table near the door, or in the bag.
