Usually the ice cube is only used to accompany your soft drink or fruit juice. But, besides that, the ice cubes can also be used to manage pain that attack your body. Here are the tips:
Backache
Your back feels sore after heavy lifting, or sitting at a computer all day? Attach an ice cube on the back of the sick, and feel the changes as the melting ice cubes.
The sun burned
Vacation at the beach makes your skin burn? Immediately wrap ice cubes with a soft towel, and compress the parts are reddish.
Bitten by insects
Insect bite wounds can be treated by rubbing an ice cube on the wound for 5-10 minutes. Swelling will fade away.
Migraines and headaches
